  Selection of host Aerie/Auxiliary will be made at the Midwinter
  Conference in January.

• FLORIDA STATE AUXILIARY 2010 CALENDARS ARE STILL ON SALE!!!….This is your
  last chance!  By the time you receive this, there will be one month till the drawing. This
  year’s drawing will be held at New Port Richey on December 5, 2009. We will start at 9am
  sharp! We are behind this year and there are numerous Auxiliaries and Individuals that
  have calendars out that have not returned the stubs with the money. Reminder – the
  deadline is NOVEMBER 13, 2009!
  As of the Executive Board Meeting we were over 600 calendars shy of being able to
  guarantee the drawing. As stated on the calendar the Florida State Auxiliary reserves
  the right to return all money if a minimum of 1200 calendars is not sold by November 13,
  2009! Therefore, don’t miss out on a great opportunity to win money and get your
  calendars now!  Brothers and Sisters, check with your Auxiliary Secretary, or a State
  Officer within your area to purchase a calendar – it is only $10.00 for 365 chances to
  WIN!!! (If you buy one calendar and you win one time – you at least double your money).
  If you need calendars and do not know who to reach – CONTACT ME (561-324-1656) (dm13hof@bellsouth.net) and I will see you get the calendars you need, whether it is to
  buy them yourself or to sell them. Please get your sold calendars in to me as soon as
  possible! If you are still selling  calendars, return the stubs and money to what you have
  sold – it makes the bookkeeping much easier.  Hope to see many of you there in support of
  the Florida State Auxiliary.  I know that it will be a fun-filled day for all. Look for Hotel
  information and further details else were in the newsletter.  We are thanking you in advance

• Information on the Preemie Quilts, Blankets and Afgans for those of you who are interested in making one or several, here is the size requirements:  They should be approximately 2 1/2' X 3' and can be knitted, crocheted, quilted or fleece.  Yarns must be new and soft textured.  A note about a special request, our  Hispanic population loves vibrant colors for their babies, so if you have someone in your group who would enjoy working with those colors, they will be well received  by some of our families.  Thank you again for sharing your talent with our children and thank you for selecting All Children's Hospital as your State Charity for this year.  I will be collecting them at Mid-Winter and again at State Convention, so bring what you have finished in January.  If you have any questions, please let me know.  I can be reached at gcalhoun@bellsouth.net or on my cell at 561-906-1780.

  Institution  October 31,2009 at 2pm prompt we will be doing the Institution at South
  Mainland Community Center, 3700 Allen Avenue,  Micco Fl 32976.   Following the Institution
  we will  go to the Aerie Home located at: 8900 7th Avenue,  Micco Fl 32976 we will have
  food in a tropical party theme for those spending the night call  Captain Hiram's Resort
